(monday) looking forward for the whole challenge till friday! i was a bit exhausted (i mixed with K parts when it was too much for me) but now i feel so good im my bed LOL! it was funny at a moment K say ok we r done and daniel focus said naah we are at 9 !! lol u killed me ! i believe it was over :p tomorrow day 2 for me can't wait! im gonna watch it now to get mentally prepare on dem moves :) thanks a lot ! 2016 fitnessblender is on fire than ever !

+Ala Attallah u have to go on ur own rythm but obv it will affect a bit but its not useless, try to improve when u will feel better. there is the water break but u have also between sets, during new exercices u can take 30sec or so to be prepare to jump in the next serie.

I remember doing this workout when it was first released. Still holds up 4 years later- a total sweat fest! Thank you for everything you both do. Hope you are staying healthy and well during this time!

This one was awesome!! I feel like going immediately to sleep, but I know I need to eat first lol. Also, I love how you two are so REAL, no cutaways or "glamour" shots. Real working out, when you hurt or need to decrease weight or take a break, you do it. Thanks for proving even workout gurus are human!

Im 5'4 and used to weigh 182lbs ive lost 24lbs with your videos and now weigh 158lbs Thank You so much for your videos ! :) I am Thankful that i found fitness blender everyone out there no matter how hard it is you can reach your goals ! I still have 20 more pounds to lose to reach my goal 138lbs

You may have created this 2 years ago, but I've just started it. You're both so 'normal' (in a complimentary way! I.e. there are no gimmicks!) and make beginners feel like they can totally do this using your class. I love that the screen is simple, the studio is simple, and it helped me focus on each rep and not worry about how long I had left. Looking forward to completing more of these 😀 thanks! (London, UK)

I like how Yall are human !! Yall are not afraid to stop abs say " wow this hurts ", or " I am going to lower my weight on this one ." It helps us not feel so bad to moderate the workout , or to just be honest with our bodies on the level that we need to take . I love your workouts !! I have been a faithful follower for two years ! Just earned my workout complete, one day late but done! So proud to be a part of the family. I'm a 44 year old breast cancer survivor, and when I'm doing jump squats with Daniel, I feel so empowered. Thanks as always for adding sunshine to my (and everyone's!) world :)

I really like the fact you guys are doing the exercises back to back with us! you show the fact that it is okay to get tired or feel the burn instead of attaching cut clips back to back from different segments, Appreciate all of your hard work :)

Thank you so much for making these work out videos accessible to all. I live in Canada where we're currently drowning in snow and I usually get active by running outdoors but clearly the winter kills that. So I've resorted to your videos many times. I think even way back in 2010. Keep it up! Glad to see you guys gaining momentum.

OMGTHIS WORKOUT IS A KILLER!! I loved it. i felt like giving up half way trough the strenght training cause my legs were shaking a lot but i just took a lottle longer break and I finished it, I'm so glad I did! Missed so many workouts the past few months, but have wanted and needed to get back into the routine properly and me being the silly person I am I decided to start off with this! I've only recently discussed this channel and I absolutely love it! Your enthusiasm and attitude are awesome, really inspires me to work hard. And what I love most about this workout is you guys were pushing yourselves to the limit too! You half expect the instructors to breeze through the set without breaking a sweat, meant I didn't feeling as bad when I was gasping for breath at the same time as you both! Thank you for your videos, looking forward to day 2!

Me to. I can make to the end of every one of theirs I've tried so far. Except this one. I've tried it twice. First time I got super dizzy so I stopped and this last time I felt ill. 🤢 so def a killer work out- I have something to try to achieve . Finish this all the way one day lol

I've been working out hard for 2 years, but for some reason this workout always floors me! I finally got through it but with a few little pauses. Thank you for being so honest and not editing out when you guys get tired too, it reminds me that even strong people feel it :)

This workout video reminds me of this one time in 8th grade when my friend Magnus came to class with bite marks on his arm. So i asked him, 'Magnus, what the fuck happened to your arm?' and he told me that he stole a pizzza from a homeless man and the dude chased him down and bit him.

Just finished this & sweating like an ice cube in the owen. l am melting down! Thank you very much, guys. I can't begin to describe how much I love you. I have all your programs and go over them again and again. I am stronger, faster, happier, and all that is thznks to you. On a balancing side note, I can't justify a 50% increment in my budget for this expense, so I will have to find other ways to help you keeping the videos free. I just finished the workout and I hate you both so much... from a place of sincere love. What a great way to kick off getting out of holiday mode and starting off the new year. Thank you for all of the work you put into all your videos, and while I want to ask you to go easier on us, it is your pushing that makes us all better. Looking forward to the rest of the week...if I can still walk tomorrow. :)

Just wanted to thank both of you guys for making me realize that at home workouts can be equally, if not more effective, than at a gym and so much fun! Thank you, you guys are so great!! This program is more than 4 years old, but right now just what I needed to get back on track. What a kickstart! During this pandemic, I gained too much weight. I still worked out regularly, but not quite as much as I used to, and at the same time, ate and drank more - what happened is not much of a surprise I guess. But well... Don't wanna complain too much. Of course it was my own fault, but I guess this whole situation is taking its tall on everyone of us in one way or another, and if I can make it through this time with nothing more than a few kilos to lose, I can consider myself so much more lucky than millions of people all around the world... So, thanks again! This feels so good right now. And tomorrow, it's day 2 for me :)

Just did this in an empty office on my lunch break at work. After a week with the flu, I couldn't quite keep up with you, Daniel, but I kept fighting through it!!!. Thank you for always producing amazing content.

Dear Kelly and Daniel! I just want to thank you for all the amazing videos you're sharing with us! I found your channel a year ago, (i was 84 kg, about 185 pounds) and then I decided that I just couldn't carry on my life like this. Your videos have helped me a lot to reach my dream. Now I am 57 kgs (125 pounds) and I'm so proud of my body! And this is not only my success, it is yours too! Thank you very, very much! I kept recommanding you to anyone who wanna loose weight. Started it today with my sister and it was amazing! It appeared to be really hard but we went ahead and now it feels great to have finally completed it. You guys are fantastic!

This workout was killer!!! OMG!!! But I got through it and actually started to enjoy it. I love when you two do workouts together. It helps the time go by a bit faster. Keep up the great work and I will be back for Day 2.

I decided to start this challenge yesterday. It was absolutely difficult that I had to stop at minute 34. Then I took a five minute break & decided to proceed until end of video which I did not regret at all. Today, my legs, hammies & glutes are sore. So I cant wait to start day 2 of this challenge. Thank u for the amazing videos!
