You are right about the second myth of no equipment. While it is a big bonus for calisthenics that you can do a lot of things without any equipment, some basic accessories are a huge plus. And while technically you can work your back to an extent without a pullup bar, it is not nearly as effective. A doorway pullup bar and some rings or suspension trainer are pretty affordable nowadays, and also as you say, parks, tree branches and such provide myriad possibilities. I always prefer to go out to some park or in nature and workout outside, it has many other benefits for health and wellbeing too. Thanks for watching and glad you agree, can be a bit of a touchy subject for most but I want to give good honest advice to help people doing calisthenics. I'm right with you there brother, working outdoors in nature is amazing and so many benefits to it compared to working out indoors or at the gym
