Fitness Pilates with Hand weights
This workout is with hand weights, one and two. The first class of a new month the participants bring their hand weights and we work on strength and endurance. In my recent newsletter (August) I talked about how to help lower blood pressure and this was something that was discussed on the BBC the week before last. So we did just what they advised, we help an exercise in a static isometric position for 2 minutes. I also did some mini ball flows/sequences for mobility and strength.
