I am allowed to do running by myself- here are a few tips for you to get a good body: 1 drink loads of water and I mean loads!!! 2 workout every day! Don't just do 5 minutes do about 20-30 minutes per day. If you do this you will get to your goals quicker and will burn more calories. 3 stretch before you workout. You wouldn't think it but stretching burns at least 20-30 calories. 4 do Zumba. Zumba is a great way to loose fat and it is incredibly fun! 5 have at least 1 or 2 rest days each week. Having rest days will make your body feel more relaxed and you will be less likely to pull a muscle or injured yourself. 6 Run!! Running is one of the best exercises for losing weight and it burns loads of calories! I hope this was helpful to some people xxxx
