Mary!!!! Once again you saved the day!! I have had a fitness tracker watch for the past 3 years. I also bought it to try to figure out why I wasn't sleeping. I started with a Fitbit and then switched to a Samsung watch. I don't really use the watch, I just like to track my sleep and my workouts. I started looking at rings but got SO OVERWHELMED. to have you speak about this and recommend it is so well timed! Definitely going to check this out! I have the Oura ring and like you I too Love it. That is so interesting to find out about no subscription and a glucose monitor. I didn’t know there was any such thing. Fascinating! Great video Mary. I have not considered getting one of these. I have purchased wearable tech in the past and I just don’t consistently use it. But this looks good and a reasonable price as well. I was assuming a four digit price!

It is incredible to me how they keep selling these ‘conveniences’ that in actuality track us, in addition to whatever frequency they’re emitting onto our body! Not to mention the constant exposure to whatever radiation is emitted by these devices. I highly encourage everyone to ready The Invisible Rainbow!! Blessings

You got it! They said there should be no customs charges, but you'll have to VAT.

Gotta say....loved this video! Would want that glitch fixed (re: the steps) before purchasing - did they give you any timeline on that? I don't have a smart watch - would much rather have a ring. Thanks for another great video - I love all your reviews. This tracking ring seems appealing as it doesn't require a subscription (yet) to access the data like the Oura ring (although they started out with free data access too). Does it have a GPS function to track distance travelled? My only concern would be the amount of electromagnetic radiation being emitted if you're wearing it most of the time....

If you have an Oura ring you can put it on airplane mode by tapping on the circle in the upper right hand corner and turn on airplane mode, then to retrieve information you must put it on the charger with the phone next to the charger and it will download all the info. I do this 2 x’s a day so no radiation.

Thank you so much for watching 😊 I don't think it has GPS, but I've just put the question in. I also asked about your concern and below is their response: The ring is a very low power device and communicates with the smartphone via BLE(Bluetooth low energy) only when you open the App or in some regular time intervals. This is different from a Bluetooth headset or a smartwatch which is in constant connection with the smartphone transmitting/receiving data. The EMF radiation for the ring is comparatively much lesser than other bluetooth wearables and would be considered one of the safest wearable devices to use for fitness tracking in terms of EMF.

I have had this ring for one week. I also have the Oura ring. And an Apple Watch. I love technology. I would love to get into tracking with a CGM. Ultrahuman’s M1 is now available in the USA. Tried to get it, but they won’t send to a few states yet, one being mine. I am bummed!

Are you seeing much of a differnce? I'm sure it won't be long til the M1 rolled out. I wonder if there are individual state laws are having an impact 💭 I'll report back!

Yeah I LOVE that there's no subscription fee. Sorry to hear it wasn't comfortable....I was actually really surprised at how easy it is to wear.

This sounds interesting to me, but I wonder if I’d feel overwhelmed with knowing that much data. Like I’d over analyze and stress over why I’m not getting optimal sleep or something, which might then make things worse. Do you find that this is the case for you?

Yes, I think there could be a danger to taht. So if you know that's what you'll do, it may not be for you. I try not to obsess and just use the data to help me make better decisions.

Hi there, they don't have those functionalities now, but they are expanding into cycle tracking in future updates. So watch this space...

I loved my Oura ring. but when the buttery lasts only one day after 3 years of use and the company charges monthly fees, the love is not there. I would not repurchase. Glad to hear, there is another option available.

@@SkinObsessedMary I bought an Apple watch after my Oura ring battery went bad, but it's not the same. The Oura app is great! It has heart, sleep, exercise and other data. There are meditation and breathing sessions that you can listen to. But I'm old school, and I don't want to pay membership fees for a ring that costs $400. I'm still using my old beat up ring and I charge it every day until it dies.
