GUESS 1)He forgot to take aromatase inhibitors along with the steroids to keep the estrogen levels low..usually free testosterone converts into estrogen by the enzyme aromatatse..estrogen is responsible for water retention and mood swings -anxiety,depression... 2)He discontinued steroid abruptly without taking postcycle therapy, sudden withdrawal-shut down of hpa axis(normal production of hormones ) can lead to low testosterone levels-atrophy of muscles,anxiety,depression 3)first timer stacking with multiple steoid s not recommended n oral steroids like dianabol contains 17 alkylated compund which s hepatotoxic(liver damage) steroids can b taken n proper dose with proper nutrition n do take aromatase inhibitors on full cycle and post cycle therapy preferably tamoxifen.. treatment for anxiety wn u r in cycle is aromatse inhibitor like anastrazole for post cycle depression,take tamoxifen n keep working out till the natural production s on..

400 mg of testosterone per week. Stacked with 10-20mg of dbol. Go with anavar if you want a leaner harder look and not bulky. PCT is a must. Begin PCT 2 weeks after your cycle finishes and youll be fine.

Saying you can't achieve a good body without steroids is the biggest demotivation for anyone. You can get a good physique if you are willing to wait for a long period of time as fitness is a life style and not just a destination. Naturally it might take 5 to 6 yrs for what steroids could give you in one year is what I've heard.

I am calling this fad because I have seen youngsters come and go in the last 8 years of me working out and 90% of them want to build their physique within a time span of 1 - 3 months and all of them want to have a physique like Tim Cook or Jeff sied. and all of them are willing to try any supplement or steroid in order to achieve it and few trainers in the gyms in Delhi have understood this culture and are making quick buck by selling cocktails of steroids to unsuspecting teenagers. one more time I would like to thank you for making such informative videos on what happens if things go down hill for an steroid user/abuser.

ok,this is like a high level con by trainers,But low-moderate level cons are happening everywhere. Like for example iam an instrumentation engineer(Bachelor) but my practical skills are zero(and i am switching to software), you can say i have been coned by my institute. And yes,most gym trainers will ignore body warmup just because they want you to suffer an injury so next day you don't come back and eventually leave workout in a month with 6-12 month fees already paid.

Hi tarun.. good to see you do such a fine job. youngsters have to be guided so that they build a good body and that body stays with them. supplements are good but my take is that they are supplements.. only an assistance yo the main diet.. not really meals. one has to take enough dietary protein and watch his carbs.. also one has to take some fat in the form of ghee. for that void to be filled.. some basic protein supplements could be used. I was 110 kgs at one point when i decided it's high time I took care of my weight. I started off with some dbells and bodyweight exercises and after a while I started going to the gym.. today I am about 95 kgs and have lost a good amount of fat and have gained some muscle. once again .. a very good job tarun ..
