I love these longer strength workouts! It saves me the task of pairing two short ones together while avoiding overlap of the exercises. Plus, adding a 15 minute cardio to the beginning or end of this rounds it out to a perfect hour long workout! You guys are fantastic role models : )

I liked this workout! It's the perfect amount of time, 30 minutes feels to short and I don't always have an hour to exercise. Also loved the burnout at the end. The workout was great, but with the burn out my arms feel really shakey, I love it!!

I'm happy this was up today. I added it yesterday and wasn't allowed to watch it, so I did legs instead! Woohoo! Loved it. It was one of those workouts that it wasn't too hard, but not easy at the same time. I got through it, but definitely knew during the cool down that it's going to be one of those aftermaths that will creep up on me tomorrow...hard. I had to surrender to my 8 pounders halfway through my hammer curls. My arms were shaking during cobra, which never happens...and I've been on the FB wagon for about a year now. =)

About the ads throughout the video: it's not Kelli's and Daniel's fault!Another fitness youtuber that I follow had the same problem, she contacted youtube and they explained that they've been changing people's settings (without them knowing) to add more ads to their videos (supposedly to increase creators' revenue😂). She had to manually change settings back in all of her videos!

I thought I was fine to do the arm burnout round and then I did the first pushup and realised just how tired my arms really wore. Loved this and literally felt myself getting stronger by the end of it. Thanks for the workout!

Workout complete! +FitnessBlender, my husband and I were watching this the other night and were discussing the difference between mass building and strength building (at around the 3:48 mark). I'm obviously not wanting to build mass, although I keep reading that it's difficult for a woman to build mass, anyway. I'm wanting to build muscle, since I've also heard that you start to lose muscle after 40, which I just turned in July. I used slightly lighter weight and added a couple of repetitions on this first time through this workout. During the burnout, I used as heavy as I could to complete around 15 of each exercise. A I doing this correctly? Thanks! My arms are feeling it now. I can't imagine what they'll feel like tomorrow!

Ouch. Loved it but it would be great if you could also put on the workout program "what Kelli would lift" as I find I'm roughly able to lift a similar amount and I've got no idea where I should be in comparison with Daniel. Tough workout but gentle on the lower body which is great because I have a run planned tomorrow.

I finished this earlier today, just casually crossed my arms, hands to opposite elbows, and my arms screamed at me. Yeah, this one is a 'burnout'! Showering soon should be fun, but a small price to pay to know I really did well pushing myself and working hard.

There is a difference between rep range for strength and mass building. Of course building strength will also build muscle but rep ranges are different. You've mixed it up. 8-12 repetitions is more to build mass/muscle building (of course weight should be properly adjust to make you fail in that rep range) and strength rep range is about 5 repetition (with properly adjusted weight to make you fail in that rep range) not more than 10 as you mentioned. Also in a flyes you are going too low, you prone your shoulder join to injury and viewers also. In pushup you are flaring arms to much to the back sides, keep it close to your body - again your shoulder is in danger.

loved it! tho i was always needing to pause the vdo as my pace wasnt same as the vdo..so a little time buffer would be great
