@@syedfarzanulhaque3517 At the calisthenics park by me, I bring a resistance band and do Glute Ham Raises like Daniel shows in another video. It really helps getting size on your hamstrings and I also have a hamstring injury and this makes it feel way better for a few days. And yea, pistol squats, etc. But I have bad ankle mobility, so I also go to the gym and do leg presses. For me personally, my quads love high reps. My hamstrings like low reps but super heavy weight so the GHRs are perfect

I use ankle cuffs from surf leashes to hang weights from or attach bands to my ankles. Works well for exercises like this. Love your vids!

I like doing the hanging knee raise on rings more than on a bar. Harder to use momentum which usually also results in better form as a beginner.

Both hanging and dip position. Harder to do dip position after push day and likewise for hanging and pull day. So, on push days I do hanging knees and pull days dip position knee raises.

Training at home, it's easier to install a pull-up bar somewhere than it is to install a dip bar, so hanging exercises it is. Problem is I am way worse at hanging than I am at pushing so my arms need to catch up before the ab workouts get truly effective.

For me it's easier to stabilize and focus on the exercise and the actuals abs on the dip bars.
