@@prashant27506 my advice would be to pause with this workout every one or two days in order to slip in a yoga (flexibility) session - we have two of these on our channel; and also a single muscle group, targeted workout (we have these on our platform as well), but you can find few on our KZbin channel too. The chest super-set video is very short yet efficient, and the same can be said of the squat routine (tailored according to Tyson's prison workout). The abdominal sessions are also very engaging, and the advanced routine targets the entire core section like few other workouts do (especially workouts of the same duration and convenience). Generally, I would recommend switching these workouts daily as the process would allow your separate muscle groups to recuperate somewhat, and grow as a consequence. Besides, doing so the risk of injury is somewhat minimized, and the workout habit becomes more satisfying.

One of the hardest workouts I've ever done! Sweating like hell and my body cannot move anymore. It's a mental battle more than anything, so I'm glad I completed the workout!

This workout was demanding. I FELT like Iwas worked over when I was done. However, I managed to burn 476 calories not 1000 as was claimed. It was definitely one of the most demanding workouts I have ever done. WOW!! I have been doing HIIT EXERCISES from different you tube gurus since May 2020. This one was definitely one of the most challenging 💯. I will do it again at some point. THANKS for publishing this

I’m a wrestler who is training for the potential season this year (it’s probably not going to happen), and this is one of the best workouts to condition for it. I am really appreciative of you and your videos. Keep making these they are awesome

Man! This workout is so hardcore but I love it! I made a challenge on my FB page for some friends to see if they`re fit enough to complete it in one go... still waiting for the results. Please do more of these! Most of the stuff that I can find on YT is for beginners and boring. With yours, I really feel that I can level up :D Best regards

Our advice is not to pause the video. It is better to skip few repetitions from each exercise than to prolong the sequence. Just follow along and take a rest when you are out of breath. As soon as you can go back into the game, go back. Will you miss a couple of reps? Sure. But it's all about conditioning the body with shorter rather than longer pauses. If you need to take longer breaks, doing all of the reps from all of the sets is apparently a bad idea - compromise!

If you're like me, can only do 5 pushups, and your knees creak when you jump, this might be one to skip. I made it about 20 minutes, but only with 3-4 reps per move. Hard on the wrists. But I tried😁

Twice is just about enough, since it is better to introduce more diversity than training the same moves over and over again (unless you are practicing a specific aspect of athletic training). Personally, I never repeat the same workout within a week. Check the platform, it offers 19 videos in total. Oh, there was a bucket of sweat! But we did a quick towel swipe after every set. The t-shirt color helped a bit as well, and we kept the room temperature way below normal! The active filming lasted about three hours 🤕

This workout isn't bad. I definitely sweat and loved that it was intermediate to advanced. Just wished there were beeps in between exercisers or even a countdown clock. Plus the background talking got to be too much. Jokes were kind of terrible.

I do plyometrics and agility but this is the Nuts version... I was like what do u mean 40 seconds?!! it may as well be 40 hours!! Then he says, come on I know ur cursing at me right now... ummm... yup... at least cursing LOL! I Love love a good challenge and this was an awesome one! I thought at one point I was gonna die but I made it! THANK YOU for putting me in my place lol!!!

Most definitely YES! There are plenty of moves that require control, whether you are trying to land in the right place, or simply balance yourself while in some of the variations of the plank position. The modified push-up work is also immensely helpful, and trying to coordinate your jumping movements will force you to work on balance as well. Plus - although not necessarily obvious, this is a heavy-duty ab workout sessions as well - which translates well to improved balance!

My hopes that you will get well! Intense exercise, especially when conducted daily, can sometimes weaken one's immune system, and this is why I strongly recommend against it during these turbulent times. Nevertheless, make sure to get plenty of sleep, hydrate often, and talk to your doctor about vitamins and minerals to boost your body's natural defenses. Stay strong, you got this! Expecting a follow up on that 11th take, though. Take all the rest you need, and start super slow once back on the saddle. Intense exercise can wait. It's all about health now.

I just completed this workout and I gotta say, yes I was getting angry 😂, mostly at you. I have just one critique and that is to keep your voice less monotoned and more like a real person, so we don't feel like we're working out with a trainer but with our local neighborhood friend 😀. . Overall, a really great workout and I'll probably try to do this every week I hope

I finished this workout today!! Seriously, this is the most hardest workout I’ve ever tried in my whole life!!! I’m a girl and 19years old. I need to pause the video every exercise!! But it so amazing!!! I didn’t expect that I finished this workout!! Instead of 38mins, I finished this for 1 hour!! Hahahah! Your so amazing! You deserve many followers in youtube! 🙌🏻 well done! 🎊

This is the most difficult workout that I have ever done. I was so out of breath between routines that I wished you would give a modification version. I must admit my stamina is not up to the workout. Hopefully I can do better next time I try again. Thank you for the awesome video.

Mixed review from me. I usually do @Fiit and @lesmills. This routine didn't start till 26mins. You had 3 different stretches. Then the actual routine was good but too short. Try and so mixed routines instead of the same and for a full 30mins..

Hey there, Both are designed with a different purpose in mind. This video combines agility, strength, and endurance, focusing on almost every part of the body. It is the hardest circuit you'll ever come up against. The other, however, targets the lower body and the abdominal area far better. Both can burn up to 1000 calories if you keep the correct form.

Hey Rajnish 👋 Preferably once, in combination with the other workouts from the program throughout the week. However, you can also complete it two times per week and still get results from it. No more than that though. The other workouts are designed to target different and specific muscle groups as well as aspects of fitness, so omitting them in favor of this single routine is not ideal. Finally, this is a high-impact workout and therefore not recommended for constant daily repetition. Cheers!

I'd really rather not get 'coached' by what sounds like a computer simulation with bad a bad Slovak soundtrack in the background. The workout is ok but why show a guy that also looks like a computer simulation as if he never gets out of breath or tired. I want to workout WITH someone, not in front of an android.
