TU Clear instructions. I know this is not the top of the range model, But I cannot get FITPRO app to work on my Android, with is v9 I get message from Play Store and the one time I managed to gt it to work, it got stuck on the upgrades and now I can't get it to install as Google Play Store tells me that I have had problems with this program. NOT MUCH PRIVACY ANY MORE, LOL. I have two models and like the layout better as the BP, Pulse and Oxygen is all on one screen. I have M4/5? - LP715G - V09832 FITPRO not paired & M7 - LT716D - V10925 FITPRO not paired , Is there another program I can use. The silly program can see the FITBIT the other two in house but not these two. I have even locked up all other phones in a metal box and put them outside, more than 30 metres away in a shed. But It still picks up these other models, not the one sitting on top of mobile. Thanks for any ideas JANINA

To be honest, I have no idea what could have been wrong or stopped your watch from getting discovered. Please, do this... First, clear the watch name on your phone Bluetooth list if the watch is there under paired devices or connected devices of your phone. Redownload Fitpro app or use an alternative app. Now, connect or search for it in the app. If still not found or connected, then, search for it with bluetooth of your phone. And connect to the app.
