Fitting 6'5" John to his new Tri Bike

Jono is a member of the Lakers tri club and I saw him out riding on his new bike. I could tell it didn't fit properly, so offered to fit him to it.
He's a big guy and bikes aren't really made for people so big, but there are a few things we can do to make it fit better.
