Thanks 😊 thats good of you, sometimes I thing i go a bit too far making the job easier for the next guy to repair. In answer to your question I do work for myself and I have 4 house renovation which I have completed over the last 3 years, it is getting harder all the time 😅 material costs and customers not wanting to pay but it is enjoyable, have a good one Dave
