Is it possible to hardwire it to the car? There is only 1 USB on the car, right? It would be nice if it remains for the phone. And is it possible to connect it hardwired to some speakers? Perhaps active speakers with also hardwired to the car battery.

yes thats no problem, but you can also get a multi usb adapter which I have bought and attached underneath the dash, so I now have 4 usbs

I believe the devices have an internal battery and the on/off button on the top does turn it on and off when there is no cable connected to it. Not sure if it bypasses once the device is hardwired

When will people learn (or disclose) that all of these products are made by the exact same company in China, and our resold and rebranded to to a million different brands. They all look exactly the same, have the exact same hardware and software, and heck even make the same sounds. There is some sort of racket going on, but at the end of the day these devices are fine and they're very useful for people with older vehicles. What you need to know is just to look up the cheapest listing of any specific product. The brand doesn't matter as they are all rebranded. Just find the cheapest listing of the product you like and buy it.

This product is absolute garbage. I learnt the hard way. Dont make the same mistake. Yes it's cheap...and it's very apparent. Bought another different brand....perfect.
