Please do a follow up video, I find that from 1st to 2nd gear under full throttle the gears grind (maybe just me) or just time for synchro And what does the lolypop do?

Honestly think it's the syncros, because the syncros have less time to do their work. I blew a trans a while back, tore it apart and comapred 2 -2nd gear syncros and could measure it, and confirm it was worn. Trans oil could also be considered. More bearing friction, more difficult shift
