i really hope so as I can't tell you how refreshing and releieving it was at the end of days of struggling with buying, installing, and unisrtalling different thermostats I was so worn out ...when I found I could not open this item I despaired, but my wife googled and found you..and voila. You're a star! So thanks again.😄
