Working on Land Rovers can seriously damage your mental health .... as I can testify. You get full marks for sheer perseverance. 👍 I don't know much about the Range Rover Sport but isn't there a metal key blade hidden inside the key fob and a plastic cover on the lock which you can prise off so you can use the key when the "smart" system fails? Thank you! and yes, there is 1 emergency key hole on the entire vehicle - it of course, was broken as well.

This is the TDV8 - the TDV6 only has one turbo to fail :-)
