I have the duplex lite frame with gnargali pack and I can’t get the load lifter to be over my clavicles. It’s always on top of my shoulders.

Is the main purpose of the 3 bar slider to mark your clavicle? Or does it serve a different purpose?

The 3 bar slider is what connects the load lifter strap to the shoulder strap, so moving it changes where the "pull" of the load lifter acts. Having it over your clavicle is just a good guideline to get the proper angles.
