Fitting the Motografix tank pad to my BMW R1250GS

Hi again, good video. I live 300 yards from the motografix factory, they made my own designed graphics so a complete one off, really changed the look. They are good guys and have done my last 3 bikes. They clean up amazingly well and last for years looking as good as new..... recommend these to everyone intrested in them.

Yup they seem a quality product . No doubt others will say you can buy cheaper from China !

@@gsd32i I've tried similar from Italy but they are deffo not the same. I always get them to fit mine and they guarantee them for life. If you live in south Yorkshire area i recommend a trip to see them and ask them to install them for you.

Thanks . Just fitted a Denali mini sound bomb that i had on my Africa Twin, took it off before I sold the bike . Sounds better than oem . Video to follow of taking front end off and fitting 🙈

All the tank pads for the GS/GSA are all so busy. There are no clean classy stickers it seems from my searches.

ideally, I just wanted plain simple , is it really hard to produce them 🤔 BLACK PADS, clearly it is ! The ones I have are fine and am are more than happy with them .

The lower rubber pad is the oem from BMW that came with the bike 👍

I just bought a gel tank pad from them thanks to your video. Sadly, I have a few scratches on my brand new Triple Black GSA tank I’ll be using it to hide.

I would probably get use to it after a while, however not seeing that beautiful black finish on the tank makes me more inclined to look for an alternative solution. Fully understand your reasoning though. I’d be crying if I damaged the paintwork.

If they did an all Black one that would be my preference . However ! Looks great quality very good and if I suddenly take to disliking it then a hairdryer should have it off in no time , hopefully. 👍
