Loosing is easy but keeping the same weight is the most difficult task. 6 years ago I lost 15 kilogras in only 2 months but I took them back double.

That's because you lost 15 kgs in 2 months and disturbed your metabolism. Should have lost 15 kgs in 1 year gradually losing 1 or 1.5 kgs a month.

​@@Emotekofficial that's a myth, it doesn't matter how slow or fast one loses weight. The problem is that her calorie maintenance is really small, maybe 1800 to 2000 so she doesn't eat accordingly and gives in to her emotional craving a lot, especially during times like her periods

@@RudranshAgarwal-l1k Its not a myth; it's science. The target is fat loss, not weight loss. It's important to build muscle along the side to balance that weight and balance the metabolism. A calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight, especially from fat. The best way to do it is to gradually increase your muscle-to-fat ratio. You need to increase protein to preserve and build muscle, lower the carbs, and have a 300-500 kcal deficit per day with strength training. A 15 kg loss in 2 months is starvation. Period.

No fancy things we should do by seeing youtube videos . I lost weight from 92kg to 78kg = 14kgs in 2 months & again regained weight by 20kg . So we should understand our own food habits & I changed my food habits & automatically my weight loss started . So we should not eat n fill stomach like a garbage bag . After 6months I lost my weight & now I am at 72kg current weight slowly weight I am managing same from last year 2023 70 & this year 2024 also 72 kg ..... No sudden loss or hike in my weight .... Water intake increased Completely stopped all foods from outside . I eat veg & non veg both home made Before I purely depend upon swiggy & zomato ordering fast food & junk food Now breakfast by 8am Lunch by 1pm Dinner by 6pm Post 6pm no food Items avoided and not having at all is Soft drinks Equal to zero Sugar intake Maida items Tea or coffee Every human body is different wat I did it's my own experience I have shared

Break fast you can eat dahlia, oats, fruits dry fruits, roti sabzi with less oils etc, soyachunks, paneer (not chilli paneer and all that has lots of spices and maida and oil) these things you should avoid, for substitute of maida you can eat aata, not much fast foods and replace sugar with gurhh, don't eat masala oats eat Quakers normal oats or saffola's millet oats, etc there are lots of options.. Just see according to you which fits the best for sustainability, and you can also change with this foods daily it's not mandatory you should eat this daily.. I'm veg gym goer.. going to gym for past 2 years, so if you have any doubt ask me I will help ​@@User1to100

Yes you are right .. every body is different. I studied my body according to lifestyle, food habits , endurance, training program, etc for almost 3 years. It was completely on trial and error basis. In that period I lost and gained weights many times. According to my research , i found that my body is not compatible for dairy products, more carbs food like rice.And Also i need not feed my body like garbage bag , as you said. I only eat when it is REALLY need to.from sept 2024 to nov 2024 i lost from 84 kg to 68 kg and from then i am maintaining it..also one thing to mention that i found that my belly fat is genetical. So instead of making it flat forecefully , i am making it strong.. that's it.

I started 89 kg i lost 14 kg. right now i am around 75 to 76 i lost some muscle mass. My waist came from 42 to 34 i right now have some chest fat , thigh fat and some stomach fat but as an 16 year old i am really happy that i have came this far and i have seen that people perspective change towards you i am goona start gyming again and will back again to tell how far i have came in 2 mounths

I once did almost 2months water fasting i was 75kg before water fasting and after fasting i was 62kg thank god I did it alone without any support Now I'm in shape and I feel confident in college and university now I feel like a new person and many people compliments about my fat loss journey go for it guys just dont give up and when u r thinking to give up remember why u started

Good for him for his transformation, but I wouldn't say this disproves any fitness trends. Keep in mind that moderately healthy eating combined with moderate exercise worked for him because he went from being really overweight to just a more normal kind of overweight. He is at the point now where weight will loss get harder, and he will certainly have to diet more aggressively and possibly also exercise more aggressively now to get to the point where he will truly be fit.

I was 98 kgs back in September and by doing cardio and strength exercise at home with a home food diet... I just added oatmeal in my diet and i ate 2 times a day and did 16hrs intermittent fasting and now in December i weigh 65 kgs... All thanks to Dr. Pal and my mother's help

Ease of weight loss maintenance is key; it shouldn't require willpower, calorie counting, or cause joint issues, and, yes, almost nobody should be doing cardio. It's disastrous.

I don't know how many will see this but actually I was a person with 88kg and with huge fat in my abs and face my face was really round shaped so it was an insecurity for me later I decided to stop eating rice and avoided lunch and all oil snacks and and break fast too I know it's not an healthy way but I did it because I can't go to gym it is far away and I was a school student later after losing weight and I reached to 61 kg then I started my exercises and running 2 km daily which increased my metabolism..now I eat rice food once in a week and avoided oil food not completely but I eat it if I need to.... importantly sugar cutting....by reducing my overall fat my face fat had been reduce by changing shape from sircle to like a heart shaped one by sliming my face.....do it at your own risk I don't have got a any health issue because I started eating healthy foods after sacrificing all foods for 2 months by burning my stored fat....

If you have 3 to 6 months time and dedicate exclusively to weight management and can dedicate this time entirely for weight loss then weight loss is very easy. But the problem is no one has this time. we have to do this and then there is practical life. managing both makes this part difficult. and maintaining the new lost weight is another difficult part. I say whatever healthy things you can include in your everyday practical life just include it and practice it. one day you will be healthier and leaner.

Every person is different Best suggestion would be to get tests done like Blood tests, Gut tests and if you have resources Genetic tests Consult a certified nutritionist or dietician Get rid of the allergic foods out of your diet Completely avoid added/processed sugar and refined flour of wheat ( maida), eat less salt, drink good amount of water, sleep minimum 7-8 hours, master your breathing and workout 4 times a week & last but not the least walk 8k to 10k steps per day Definitely one can achieve the health goals set to gain better health So before you blame any health plan start learning the basics to avoid serving information ( not knowledge) which can ruin anybody's fitness objective

Cardio is very important for mental health and for maintaining healthy weight. You have to eat carbs, proteins and fats for overall fitness. You lose weight by rigorous walking. Life is short so just don't rely on KZbin videos. Going to the gym is all about discipline. I don't reduce tea or soft drinks and even sugar.

Unless your huff and puff for breathing, it's not considered exercise level cardio. Heart does its regular cardio 24*7. Else we'd be 6ft under already. 😂

Assuming you're 6ft and 150 kgs... Losing 50 kgs from 150 to 100 is very easy but losing 20 kgs from 100 to the perfect 80 for a 6ft guy is a hell of a task. Initially you lose the excess water and the softer fats. The real challenge comes when you are at your last 20% fat
