Fitzroy River Reserve | Low cost camping

We have driven past the turn off to this camp many times over the years and never driven in - what a shame! Fitzroy River Reserve at Tyrendarra is a great campground.
It’s an easy drive off the highway and the camp sites are large -you find your own spot after checking in with the caretaker. Fires are allowed in fire pits which are available for hire and you can purchase firewood. There are drop toilets and it’s dog friendly.
