I’m loving all the variety of illustrations you shared with us! I was just at five below and picked up one of their $5 watercolor color paper. It’s got 36 sheets of really nice 140lb paper. Nice and stiff and perfect for my collages that I like to make on them using the watercolor paper as my substrate. Thanks for your informative video, I really did enjoy it.

Oh my goodness honestly my favorite part of the gouache💕 On top of the fact it’s 5 bucks for the whole set😳 So for me other companies should be able to do it without taking a hit in the profit department 🤷‍♀️

Oh my goodness. Those mini pens are adorable. 🥰 Too bad they have inconsistent ink flow. I enjoyed watching this video. Definitely not boring at all. I think it's fun to watch little shopping hauls and new supply videos. You are such an influencer. Once you started talking about how much you enjoyed the 8x11 sketchbook, I immediately put it in my Five Below cart. You made it look so much fun...and so little pressure with it being only $5.00. Your drawings are beautiful!! I see how much you love painting. I would highly recommend looking into a paper with greater gsm so that the paper doesn’t warp or crinkle as much!

Thank you.🥰 I totally agree😊 I do have a Arches sketchbook I made myself that I have definitely treated a little too precious. I went into this sketchbook thinking it was going to be horrible, but besides the crinkly paper it’s honestly a perfect low pressure type of sketchbook.

I have the little sketchbook that you did not like … mine did fall apart … but it actually make it easier to work on them … then when I had the book all done I just glued it back together. I mainly used alcohol markers, acrylic markers, or mixed media on it … I liked it … I actually would get another one because I also liked the size of the paper also. I did use gauche one a page or two … I have himI gauche but I am not a fan of gauche … I like acrylic better but those pages came out fine but was not my favorites in the sketchbook at all.

Yeah I definitely see it working better for those mediums I was actually scratching my head as to why they would call it watercolor paper because it definitely wasn’t 🤷‍♀️ I love that you finished it though and glueing it back 💪😎 Once the sting of using that book wears off I will absolutely try some alcohol markers on that band boi😊💕

I have never tried those supplies in specific, but I bought some round canvases for 5 dollars one time. Round canvases are usually pricey. I liked them a lot. I prep them with gesso first and I They were fine.

They do have canvases there. I think most of them have like some kind of art on it but you’re right you could pop some gesso on it and put whatever art you want. It is a really good deal
