I've had a 39mm black dial 1926 for over a year now and it is honestly amazing. The pictures don't do this watch justice. If you can, get it on a bracelet, it is super comfy. The watch looks amazing on a number of leather straps as well. This one I will never sell. Can you say what you got in trouble for specifically? I don't remember you saying anything...too bad...about Rolex in those videos.

I ran into this situation last year, I think the 1926 is a great value and nice watch. However, if you like the black bay or royal more, I think it’s worth saving up for one of them. I saved for the black bay and love it, don’t regret it at all!

I have the BB58 GMT and I love the bezel, because the point of it is to give it a retro feel. If anything, the only thing I wish tudor would have done with this watch is offer 5 link bracelet, this would give it a even more retro look to the watch and it would then be perfect. I'm sure later on it'll be offered though so waiting for that to happen 😁

@@WatchYourselfJorge It was their first 21mm lug width watch I believe. Other models have it now. Reviewers did not notice for months either (they knew it looked great, but not why that was). Even the UK Tudor head honcho didn't know lol. Lugs in general are a very overlooked aspect of a watch, which is odd as so many other things are scrutinised so deeply.

The problem with value for money is that has gone with tudor, unless you find a dealer who has a smiley still to sell

@@WatchYourselfJorge I don’t think you can really look at Tudor as a value proposition. They are now standing as a luxury watch to some level in their own right instead of a slightly lesser version of Rolex.

Tudor has basically moved into the Space the lower end Rolex models used to occupy . 2.5 to 4k

@@WatchYourselfJorge I wouldn’t just say the rugged tool watch space, tudor also have watches the very much compete with the perpetual, The GMT, the Explorer or datejust. I often make the point when you take away gold and diamonds and platinum there is very little difference, especially with the new movements. What really happening there is that they are saying? The Rolex have had huge price inflation have a Tudor which is basically very similar. The difference in finishing is slight and in quality is not really a huge amount if they get it right.
