That's why he made shin say this and not whis in the manga. I think he didn't get a scale for vegetto to compare with beerus in that time from Toriyama. If we see the manga, true blue goku was in the same level of fused zamasu in vegeta's own words (and fused zamasu became even more buffed to fight goku), and suppressed jiren no diffed true blue goku and hit fighting together in the manga, this is a greater feat than vegetto no diffing only one true blue level fighter (fused zamasu).

Yes this movie takes place in age 784 while granolah arc takes place in age 780/781 but the thing is, this movie is not canon to the manga, its an anime special and its confirmed by the director that the movie and the manga are two different timelines parallel to each other and this movie takes place after the events of the broly movie therefore the moro/granolah arcs did not happen Sorta like GT where it takes place after super but that doesnt mean super events happened in between, they are two different timelines. Fax. Beast Gohan is at least stronger then how MUI Goku was in the T.O.P ARC and how he would be in the Broly Movie. But not really current Anime or current Manga MUI Goku or True UI Goku. But the rest definitely. But some people need to see that Orange Piccolo is one par with Goku And Vegeta. He didn't say specifically UI Goku and UE Vegeta considering the manga is ahead of the anime. So that would put Orange Piccolo (Full Power) between both Current SSB's and SSBK. So Current Goku would have to go SSBKx10 in order to easily beat Orange Piccolo. And Cell Max (Full Power) (Not Perfect) is 10x stronger then Orange Piccolo even though considering Orange Piccolo put up an alright fight. @@givine Well I would say Beast Gohan surpassed the Goku and Vegeta from that time considering that Super Hero takes place 4 years after the Granola ARC. But Current True Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta definitely not. Considering that Gohan has been training but has kind of been shown that he was not training as much as Goku and Vegeta were for both the 4 year time skip and the Granola ARC. But since Gohan's potential is crazy it would make sense that in a total of 2 and a half years of training because it did state that Gohan took some breaks that were a while but with that much training I'm sure that would be enough for him to at least rival Goku and Vegeta currently.

The main events of the movie are confirmed canon to the manga. 2: To truly gauge how strong Beast Gohan is, we have to find out how strong Orange Piccolo is. The Gammas are ATLEAST Moro Arc UI Goku level since that's when Goku and Vegeta were last on Earth and were said to be roughly as strong as Goku and Vegeta by Piccolo. This Piccolo witnessed the events of the Moro Arc, which is why they are roughly Moro Arc UI Goku level give or take. Orange Piccolo dealt with Gamma 2 in one punch. Akira, however, says that Orange Piccolo rivals Goku and Co. This is because Akira is talking about current True UI Sign Goku and UE Vegeta, whereas Piccolo was talking about how the Gammas were as strong as Goku and Vegeta when he last saw them from the Moro Arc. Starting to make sense? Now, Cell Max pretty easily dominated Orange Piccolo, which would put Cell Max a couple tiers above Orange Piccolo.
