Would you recommend to start with Tyranids ? I'm new player and the Tyranids look so cool to me but i don't know if they're any good or something

I started with Admech, since I find their method of minmaxxing the performance of their units to be fun. But I was damn close to choosing Necrons, and slowly bowling over my opponent with terminators.
