If someone pays more than the minimum due before the due date then why late payment charges be levied? Only the interest on unpaid amount should be levied.

Lets take example of sbi cashback card.... 10K is due amount and i got 5K as cashback from previous month spends then before the dure date i need to pay only 5K right as oer what you said on the 2nd point.... But when i called sbi card customer care they said 10K need to be paid and that 5K cashback will be adjusted in next month spends....and this was 2or3 months back..... Can you please tell exactly on sbi cashback card which scenario is correct?

Yes you only need to pay 5k because remaining 5k cashback is already adjusted with the credit limit... SBI lunch time bank customer care have zero knowledge about their own products & always escalate the call further like speaking to higher authorities incase agent doesn't give convincing information

SBI always does this. They adjust the cashback in the next month’s billing cycle.

I tried this point last month. My bill amount was 14k and cashback was 1k. So first i paid only 13k to test this theory. SBI takes 1- 2 days to completely settle the payment and yes it showed that my bill was paid off after 2 days. You can try for yourself just pay total due - the cash back amount and wait for 2 days. "Paid" will be shown in total amt. due box

My SBI simply sace card, my bill amount was 11,000 after Bill generated 1K is cashback received I was paid only 10,000 rupees then SBI card Fined 600 rupees. Then SBI card customer they said the cash back amount will adjusted into next month bill. Can anyone give a link of rbi guidelines.

Tataneu infinity is not useful for insurance payments, lot of caps, lot is hurdles, can you make a detailed video on it

Tata neu gives 5% cashback upto 2000 on insurance bill pay, its way better than any other card. You are getting 2000. All the cards implemented fair usage policy. So that people cannot misuse it. Some people using it for business purpose as well to earn more cashback. Which is illegal.. Meanwhile Tata neu is one of the best card. I always spend 50k monthly and receive 500 cashback. I can use it on bigbasket for daily Groceries

This is the SBI worst T&C this charge was called Cashback forfit charges. Applicable when you earn cashback and Bank instant discount in one payment and redeem your points so in that case this charges will be applied. For that's why SBI rewards system & offer so much disgusting ever....
