Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it. For team play, generating fast, accurate scores while still having things like lead changes in a game, it works really well.

@@HockeyUnreal I'm currently playing "The Beautiful Game," football...oh ok.."Soccer." It's from Owzat Games here in England. Not sure if I mentioned it on one of your other videos. It offers a similar level of detail and uses ordinary Playing Cards like DoC Hockey. I've come to the Sports Replay genre pretty late in life but am really enjoying it now I'm here. @@mdcs1992 thanks very much. I have Owzat's Blue Zone Hockey, which is a bit off the beaten path but does some cool things other games don't. Not a regular rotation hockey game but definitely a good one to go to when I'm in the mood for something different than the norm, and an added perk is it's a one-time buy that, like Five Dice here, has formulas for players to generate and play whatever seasons they want.

The hockey sims have become my favorite. There are more good ones out there than people realize.

I remember that Habs/Pens series, which was the last ever playoff series played at the old Civic/Mellon Arena. You were right, Halak played out of his mind in that series. If memory serves me correctly, didn't the Habs unload Halak after that playoff run since Price was going to be the long-term starter in net anyway?

Yes, all I can say as a (somewhat cynical) lifelong fan of the Montreal Canadiens is that it felt to me like the most Montreal of Montreal things that they parted with Halak the way they did. This was a few years after they threw the still-basically-a-kid Price to the lions after they traded Cristobal Huet prematurely. (Did we really need that second round pick from Washington so badly that we had to trade a goalie who'd just played in the all-star game one season before?)
