When I hear this song it reminds me of my ex-wife when I came home from Iraq. I was lost and fighting my way back to the man I was when I left for Iraq. I asked her to be there for me and to please help me. She said no. I felt so alone in the dark at that time because my heaven closed the gates, dropped me off in a maze without a light, so I could find my way home alone. It took a few yrs and a therapist to give me guidance to find my way home. As a person who has common sense, I know I could never be the same man I was. The man I am today I am proud of but I still walk alone because of the scares left from Iraq and the heaven for whom closed the gates.

They used the song on Criminal Minds for one episode's finale (quite) some years ago, and tbh...that sequence was PERFECT. (A clip of it is available on YT). I do recommend checking out "Remember everything" and especially "Wrong Side of heaven", the latter most certainly with its original video.

Great reaction. A great song and also great for a reaction is "I Apologise " 5fpd. Essentialy about his struggles with alcohol and Apologising to to his fans and loved ones. Must watch music video to it as he is digging his own grave

If you want to hear Ivan's voice tested a little more "Cold" is a good song, Also A LOT OF people hate this band for one reason or another, all I can say is they are like most other bands. They have a few songs that I don't really like but they also have quite a few that I absolutely love.

Yeah mine was death before dishonor, that carried my roughest periods. I never got the death so.... This is still a great song but it's also a mindfuck because it's that drowning in sadness type beat, I prefer the more less subtle answer, kill me in combat but I'm not going to be the instigating my own end but any challenge is one I will take and overcome by any means necessary.

Afghanistan messed me up. My first wife left, mostly because of my inability to be there for her when she needed it, because I was somewhere else. Even when I was physically there, mentally I wasn’t. Therapy and my supportive family is the only reason why I am still here today, and I strive to be a better man for my new wife. I can only hope that I can live up to who she thinks I am.
