@@emjane74 I live down in Dorset, so it's a bit far, but I'll make a note of it in case I am ever in that neck of the woods. Just pulled up their website, and the burgers, strips etc look absolutely amazing. Never wanted a burger more at 8.15am than I do now!!

Very good, I've had extensive experience of the US branches (having moved to the UK from the US) and the interesting thing is that the fries are very different out there, they are more like big floppy fresh fries, browner and more heavy/longer, whereas the UK ones are shorter and more crispy. The burgers are very similar - just as excellent. You should check out Shake Shack as well.

Five Guys are opening up in Australia as of a couple of years ago. Their reputation proceeds them, people queue up around the block when they open a new one. And they are ALWAYS busy.

Five Guys - yes! 😋 It’s not cheap for fast food but the quality is a lot higher 👌 Better than your visit to GR and half the price! 😂 Very tasty and big portions 🤤

Yeah, it’s bonkers! We had a friend ask to get together over Xmas, and the only spare date we have at the moment was Dec 3rd! Tooth is all better now thankfully. As for Five Guys, yeah it was a real treat, highly recommended. The only let down was the bacon in retrospect, but with all the other customisation you can do there’s really no need for it. They do have veggie options too.

Your Five Guys is better than ours. I don't go there anymore because the main thing here is the massive fry portion - and the potato is ourweighed by the grease to a horrid extent. The burgers are meh. I've heard the hotdogs are good, but ... I've been bitten there more than once, so. But yours looked very good. I think your youngster may be a lifelong fan!

It comes at a price, but it’s certainly worth trying! The fries are the best at any fast food chain I think. Plus you can completely customise the burger with any of their range of toppings. You could have them all if you wanted 🤣

I really wanted to chop my head off Lile, it was excruciating. A week's course of antibiotics did the trick though 😀 I've never been a huge fan of milkshakes, but I don't really like milk, so I guess that's why!!

I have never had Five Guys, so I cannot say or criticise too much. But again - like KFC, the fries look a bit pale for me. Although the burgers look amazing!

Yeah, I bumped into Freddie recently, he’s a good lad! I actually had a Five Guys about a week ago, and was a little disappointed by the burger I got, but the fries were amazing. Even Mrs Greeno said they were the best fries from any burger place 🙂

I've been twice, once to break my duck, and once to give it a second chance. Ridiculous prices for an average (at best) burger. Fries were nice but if I'm paying £15-20 for a burger, fries and drink I want serving and I don't want the burger to look like it's been 5 rounds with Mike Tyson. Good video, but I won't be heading back again. Think how much you could get from Maccas for £15 !!!!

I’ve not been back to this Five Guys since my review, so I can only imagine how much more expensive it has got in the interim! I have to say though, I do like their burger, and the fact you can completely customise to your own taste. You’re right about the value though, you can get a lot more bang for your buck elsewhere (especially if you have the apps from McD, BK, KFC etc. for their deals and offers). Thanks for watching 😀

I can't understand why people rave about Five Guys. The restaurants are horrible and like eating in a school canteen, the price is extortionate and the food is decidedly average IMHO

The patties are 100% beef with nothing else, which is great, but also there’s : Pork, acidity regulator: Sodium Lactate, Salt, Sugar, stabilisers: Triphosphates, antioxidant: Sodium Izoascorbate, preservative: Sodium Nitrite, Cheddar Cheese (MILK), Water, Butter (MILK), Cheese (MILK), MILK Proteins, Whey powder (MILK), Emulsifying Salt (Trisodium Citrate), Natural Cheese flavouring (MILK), Salt, acidity regulator: Lactic acid, preservative: Sorbic acid, Colours: Beta-carotene, Paprika extract, anticaking agent: Sunflower Lecithin in that burger - and that’s only the bacon and cheese! 😮

Hi there - I agree it's definitely a high price for a burger and chips. But if you compare the quantity and quality of what you get to the likes of McD or Burger King and what they're charging right now, it's not that bad, especially as a very occasional treat. Thanks for watching!
