Some nice properties but the Thai market value on these properties are frankly ridiculous & incredibly over priced. The prices are extreme also taking into account all the problems purchasing as a none Thai brings. As someone who deals in property I have an idea of construction price & see the vast amount of markup trying to be achieved on 90% of Thai properties.

@@marsecasia At $5 million this is excessive, you can see as good or better for half this price. On construction you have to remember again these are mainly poured concrete & not high quality build methods.
