*_Wow ... just W-😯-W!_* Being an avid cook, the only thing I'd change would be to swap out the induction cooktop for gas, and I'd also swap out the lime green furniture covers for a nice Verdigris or Aquamarine. The layout, landscaping, and Japanese gardens make this place so serene, and the big deck would be perfect for some late-night parties! Victoria, this is now my second favorite property that you've brought to us. Those views! Man, find a marina to keep your boat, and this place is good to go! The front doors are so elegant and beautiful. "Paradise", indeed!

A great house/view/pool and a wonderful realtor! But: Glass wherever you look and none of it tinted or with shading - the toilet/bathtub in the master bedroom can be seen from ALL sides, privacy is zero🙈. The paths/stairs are all black - they get extremely hot in the sun🤔.
