Can you believe that Baltimore’s Clipper ship, Pride of Baltimore II, has sailed over 275,000 miles to ports all over the world? Today, it is in dry dock getting a new paint job. Join us from under the ship as we discover its incredible history. And we are delighted to be joined by Jeff Buchheit, Executive Director of Pride of Baltimore, Inc, to tell us about what the Pride of Baltimore II has got planned for the future. Thanks for watching!

We were home when it was built. You could watch them build it. The builders would stop and explain things if you had questions. We were there when it was launched. Everyone who called Baltimore home was so proud to see our dream come true once again. This beautiful Clipper, The Pride II, may she sail and live on for a long time bringing the heritage of our City to the world.. Thanks also for telling us about Baltimore, Ireland. What a great memory to have!

i was a deck hand on Lady Baltimore that docked at Baltimore Inner Harbour back in 80's. I recall the Pride being constructed on the field directly across from our ship. roll on to today. i live in missouri and it turns out that my beautiful wife to be sister who lives in maine was a crew member on the pride way back when. of all the cool coincidences. baltimore and maryland very much in our hearts after this very very sad tragedy. thank yoiu mr hopkins. love your 5 minute videos about good ole baltimore.
