See, the joke rolls off the tongue if we drop the non-E sounds. D, B and E are all ee sounds, so chucking in some D&D, or maybe even some with just an E sound to end the couplet -A&E- will do the joke well, keeping alliteration* (not sure that’s the right word to describe the same sound words) consistent as possible
