I wanted to comment to just say that you talking about your daughter liking FNAF and going to the theater with her to go see the movie reminds me of, well, me! I’m a FNAF fangirl, and my dad doesn’t know much about FNAF. He knew about it, but didn’t know A LOT about it. I would tell him some things about the lore, things that might be and are confirmed to be in the movie, and I also borrowed the game from the library so I could show him! Then, a week later, it was movie day! He took me and my cousins to the theater, and he as well watched the film. Since he was pretty much the only non-FNAF fan there, he would ask me questions afterwards like who was that guy that everyone cheered for (the waiter, he is a KZbinr) and what was that strange song everyone kept singing before the movie started (the Har Har Har song, it’s a FNAF meme). He would continue to ask me a few more questions about the lore. He tried to watch a 10 minute video about the lore and I was watching it with him, but he stopped halfway because it got too confusing lol (I mean, it really is confusing, even fans are still confused). I love my dad and I love teaching him about FNAF 😊 I know this was completely off topic, but you talking about your daughter liking FNAF and you not being a fan reminded me of my dad and I, and I just wanted to share! I just saw something in common so I thought, why don’t I tell you?

That’s great! Thanks for sharing your story! Yeah, sounds like your dad and I have the same problem. Lol. But I absolutely loved it! They did such a great job that even the people who aren’t ultra fans could enjoy it, while still satisfying the super fans. That’s how you know a movie is well done. My daughters explained several things to me and I’m still lost, but glad she enjoys it so much and I’m still learning. She also pointed out much of the things in the movie as well. Thanks again for sharing and it’s nice to see that I’m not the only lost dad out there. 🤣🤣

Thank you. Glad you liked it. It was a great movie and I don’t even know much about fnaf. My daughter had to help educate me on a few things. lol
