I think it's the other way around on Afton & Monty. Monty sounds like Josiah and Afton sounds like Daniel only he added a british accent. :)

Okay, look, follow me on this. Gregory is probably a robot to replace Crying Child. And after the FNAF 6 Fire Michael's soul probably possessed Glamrock Freddy when the Pizza Plex was built. That's why he malfunctioned and is trying to help Gregory. That's the theory they're refering to.
