The Inspiration behind this video:
Jim Henson's Creature Shop's involvement in the Five Nights at Freddy's movie was first revealed by Jason Blum in mid-2022, with the producer sharing a BTS image of a staffer putting together early designs for the animatronic monsters. This announcement was met with much enthusiasm from fans of the horror games, confirming that the movie would be taking a practical and grounded approach to adapting Freddy and the other possessed animatronics rather than risk shoddy CGI creations.
Anticipation has remained high for the Five Nights at Freddy's movie throughout its development and namely with the recent trailer drops showing a very faithful approach to adapting the games, including Easter eggs from other games while still sticking to the story of the original. With Blum having remained dedicated to making the movie in spite of pushback from Hollywood and his own staff, chances seem high that it will continue the recent win streak enjoyed by video game adaptations after years of poorly received efforts.

The protagonist was also a spit in the face of every Johnny Cage fan who was excluded from the main cast for "being white" and this is straight from the movie director. Why cut away an iconic character to replace him with an asian lead when the series already had an asian lead?

In this video there is a scene where it says “you are the next” and like 1 3rd of the scene is blood so we will see springlock blood if its shown in the movie but just not as much as in rated r. I'm so glad to see they changed the eyes or that at least that the red eyes aren't the only eyes present but also yellow and the traditional fan favorite, white dots on black background possessed eyes. I'm happy about the change but it still saddens me to see Scot Cawthon's last work for the fnaf franchise he built and we all love having to once again be changed and influenced by the masses. This is the kind of fandom mob mentality that caused us to lose Scot Cawthon in the first place. I mean people sent death threats to the dude's family for crying out loud, whether you agree with a person or not, sending threats is just a douche move no matter what. I'm obviously not going to complain about the eye changes as I do support them but I miss the old times in this fandom before this all happened, especially the fandom from 2013 till a little bit after the release of Sister Location. Scott, I know I'm just one person and you probably aren't seeing this but thank you for everything, you made my and many other people's childhoods and we appreciate it more than we can even show. On behalf of the fandom I'm sorry for how we've treated you, you deserved so much better and we will miss you. I will still follow FNAF till it's lore is completed and that elusive timeline is concrete but it will never be the same without your attention to detail and amazing ideas. Even though you're leaving I know you'll miss this fandom (mostly the old one). I wish you well in life and hope you can still enjoy seeing your creations grow and how the fandom evolves. Even though I don't believe you will and I understand why I do want to say that we will gladly welcome you back if you decide to return to us one day.

(I'm talking about the entire video game franchise, not just the movie.) I've always thought of this franchise that it had a name that didn't sound right. They could have called it "Freddy's Palace", or something like that, in my opinion. In short, a short and concise name, like "Willy's Wonderland", "Raimbow Friends", "Poppy Playtime". "Five Nights at Freddy's" sounded good for a game subtitle to me. I know it takes place right at that time period (five nights) but a title made up of the name of the place was nicer, for an entire franchise, i think. If you know what I mean.
