The reason why some characters came with ties and others don’t is because some of the figures are later restocks, there’s 3 (earliest to oldest), 1 that has the sticker where the toy Freddy symbol is popping out a bit, one where the logo dosen’t pop out a bit, and one where the characters are tied in! Also your Foxy might had been a bad figure, as normally the joints on these figures are quite tight, for Scrap Baby I highly recommend dunking the head in hot (not boiling) water to soften the plastic, that way you can push the head onto the body more easily!
