Idk why my security breach gives me so much comfort I play it in the background while doing homework and literally to sleep too

rewatching this and it's so frustrating that the theme of the game seems to be making your way through confusing, large, crowded spaces full of enemies and when you finally reach your destination, you get sent on a mission across the entire map and you have to navigate your way there, do some confusing task, make your way back, and then finally you can progress with the original mission. i loved RUIN tho

Ruin was so damn repetitive with its mechanics tho. I prefer the base game more imo. Constantly turning off all those security nodes for a mimic robot that just ends up trying to kill you at the end and then Gregory just says “f*ck you I can’t be followed” and drops you to your freaking death

Man I can't even tell you how many times it's taken me out of a series of Mark's or Séan's straight to The Council of Hanwell for no good reason.

This game had SO much potential, it's sad that they had to rush the game to get finished.

“Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach” is probably by far my favorite FNAF game.

Fair enough, I totally get where you're coming from. The original Five Nights at Freddy's games really set the foundation for an intense, chilling atmosphere with its deep, cryptic lore, and there’s something about the simplicity and tension of those early titles that sticks with you. I think a lot of fans have a strong connection to the original because it had this raw, mysterious vibe that wasn’t bogged down by too much explanation-it was more about the sense of dread and piecing together the scattered clues. With Security Breach though, the direction it took feels pretty different. It’s more of an open-world approach and leans into a more modern, almost action-adventure style of gameplay, which, while fun in its own right, feels like it pulls away from the dark, claustrophobic atmosphere of the earlier games. The lore in *Security Breach* definitely tried to expand, but it also introduced a lot of inconsistencies and questions that didn’t always mesh with the established timeline or character motivations, which can be a little jarring for Old time fans
