Good job, but i do recommend trying to make the lips sinc with the sounds being made. You can look at some lip animation reference charts to help, but it would create a more realistic lip sinc :)

Sorry for the critisim, but the lips seem to be based on if sound is being made and not the actual words being said. I suggest looking up what sounds/mouth shapes you need to make it look convincing. I'm not entirely sure on how to do that, but that's just some advice from a guy who can't even make an animation.
