Unfortunately, this is a sad ending for Amy... It's a pity that Amy couldn't find eternal peace, Sonic avoided Amy so often (he just didn't want to start a relationship) but now it will probably be hard for him without her.

Night 8’s phase 2 took me 3 tries, the first attempt was terrible cuz I took off the mask after looking away from 17’ golden, and 2nd attempt, I died from taingle’s noisemaking, and then the last one was the run.

Golden Sonic just didn't want to leave witnesses, maybe Shadow Sonic didn't control all the Golden Sonics, they just followed his lead. (Like Shadow Sonic didn't brainwash them like I'm you)
