Honestly, old hourglass is somewhat disturbing. Might be because that it's very out of place. Its bizarre, its not right. Add the fact that the head is a toon while the body is humanoid makes it look really creepy looking. Also add it's weird color pallet that somehow works, and you get that weird thing. The newer one is a hell of alot better though. It just has that "You are gonna die, and its gonna be hell for you." Kind of look. Its Horrifying.
