I think the stock copies are actually rarer for this 45. I think they're on maroon paper but I've never seen one before

I wasn't offended. I was a bit taken back by your comment, but like I said everyone's entitled to their opinion. Unless someone says something completely off the wall, I try not to let opinions offen me. I appreciate your honesty and I don't want you to feel like you have to hold back when you post. The maroon label stock copies of this record are really rare. I've come across 6 or 7 copies of this one since I started collecting. Only one was stock

You're entitled to your opinion but I think a lot of people will beg to differ. Go on Popsike and see how much this record sells for. Also, I know for sure this isn't a white group. There's a picture that exists of them and it's not The Five Pastels on United.

The Five Pastels/Pastels on United were a Chicago group. I had thought from looking at that NY-style label, that this was a New York label. But they don't sound like Dee Erwin's Pastels (who sang"Been So Long"). That certainly isn't Erwin. It could, possibly be another member of the group, after Erwin left to sing solo.
