I really agree with your hint to avoid the signature on the second page if it is the only item on the second page. I use page breaks in these instances. Even if the report stays in an electronic system like a HIS I always make sure it looks nice on the print preview. Nobody can foresee if my report gets eventually printed and sent via mail. Or even faxed. lol

Does mri only show atrophy when its replaced by fat? Can MRI be used to assess muscle volume, fasicle length, area? How does such a request look like? Also what is the smallest until of muscle visible on MRI: fasicles, myofibril, sacromere, etc. Thanks.

Doc , i damaged the superficial nerves around my knee via cut and i feel numb now....my doctor said that there is no surgery that exists that could fix these nerves incase it doesn't heal on its own. Is this true?

@@bariseker4193 does these nerves serve a purpose in movement even at a very minor level. Am an athlete and am concerned that this might affect me

This is not the place to get individual advice Nerve injuries are difficult, so people do surgery, but depends on injury, location rtc
