Also thanks for explaining the soft reset process. I abuse my headphones a lot. I lie down with headphones on...and I too need to remember to use them carefully.

It doesn’t matter if you use a wall charger. If you connect the headphone with the wall charger the headphone communicates with the wallcharger and tells it what voltage it needs. So nothing will happen when both devices use the usb specifications.

Great review. Do you have any idea how to easily pairing and switch between laptop and mobile device? As of now, I want to unregister my mobile app and then need to connect with the laptop.

That is one things that bothers me sometimes. if I have them connected to my PC, I have to manually disconnect them from Bluetooth in the PC before I can connect them to my mobile phone. Sometimes If I have them connected to the computer and the computer is upstairs, but I am downstairs with my phone.. I have to reset the Bluetooth connection from the headphones by long pressing the power for several seconds so i can connect them to the phone

hi just bumped into your video and was trying to seek some help because my device wont turn off light indicator on the NC/Ambient even if I turned off my headphone... any idea pls?

Hi , I dont recall having that issue before. I tried messing with it just now but no issues here. I can only suggest that you install the app for "Sony Headphones Connect", download the latest update for the headphones if you haven't and try switching the options from "ambient sound control" to " Google Assistant " ( within the app under System)

I know this is an old video now but I've just got my hands on a pair of these and I have to say the volume is terrible, coming from v-moda m100 headset played through a portable amp these sound like 40% volume, this is why I have resisted wireless headphones.

Yeah they are def not the loudest . Normally they are well known to be one of the best for active noise canceling and comfort
