So glad things are going so smooth for you! Have you started taking your vitamins again? Which calcium chews do you like?

I have started vitamins. I am taking ProCare Bariatric Multi with 45 mg of iron daily. I am taking the 500 mg calcium chews. I ordered the fruit flavored chews from Bariatric Pal as well as from Bariatric Advantage. I really like both of them- they don't have that horrible aftertaste some do.

@@kakisrnyjourney5376 thanks for the video. It’s good to see you are doing well. I had my surgery yesterday and still in the hospital. Everything went well. I will continue watching your videos.
