Happy fifth anniversary to you and your father for running such an excellent business and to you for giving us the best through your channel!!! You do deserve it! Happy Birthday to Kevin whoever he is lol..you looked peeved that he called in the middle of a shoot ...the face you had was too funny :-) I never really got into pinot noirs, but I might pretty soon. The way you described that wine and it's "gamey, jerky" flavor, I'm intrigued. I'll be honest, I'm a huge fan of beef jerky.

Hey Gary, ya ever mix wines together? I do sometimes. I discovered this by having a B&G Sauternes which was way to much sugar, no acid, and a Louis Jadot Pouilly Fuisse with way too much astringency. These were both low end versions of their respective styles but when I mixed them together I came out with a nice drink that was very interesting!
