11 years into teaching now. I'm ready for the summer break, but you're so right about thinking about students at all time. I spent last summer trying to find inspiration to do things that would be more interesting and fun for my students, while at the same time reaching their learning goals. That's when I found your channel :) When I've been having a rough patch this year, your positive and cheerful videos have helped me remembering the important stuff, and that has been a blessing. I hope your summer break will be relaxing and inspiring so that you can continue to be a positive influence in your students' lives!

I’d loooove to see a video about all your favourite teaching approaches and activities you do with your students, and little things you do for your students to make their day! I’m a first year pre-service teacher and currently collecting ideas from all the educators that inspire me (you!) to change up how we learn in the classroom🥰

Hope you will have an easy end of the year In Israel they finish the year on June 30. Have a nice weekend. Shabat shalom. Irit

I LOVE that you took notes on that socratic seminar where the students could see it. It might encourage students to talk if they don't have lines to their name, be a gentle reminder to students who take up a little more than their fair share of space...love it. I'm going to steal that when I have my own classroom next year. Hooray for transparent grading practices!

The snap shot of the week you do for your students sounds very similar to the planner check my English teacher puts on her website, but we’re required to print it out and staple or glue it into our planners and she gives us five points each week for doing it which is a nice way to stay organized and pass high school.
