If you are not geeting orders from this promoted gig i think the issue is that you have used some unrelated keywords on your gig maybe thats why fiver will show your gig to clients to those unrelated keywords as well, when i used this promoted gig i did get 5 orders from it but now it ended so lets see if i will get orders like before. as i can see people are saying after using this promoted gig they are not geeting clicks and and order like before so now i am geeting worried that what if i will not get same results as before.

The problem with this feature i noticed, the seller who ranked at the first page, then promoted gig is also work well, but when promoted gig option doesn't works then gigs got deranked and down from the first page to the last page. :/ It's so irritating because it happens again and again.

Exactly same thing happened to me. I had a high impression around 6-7K and then on 30th September I got a Notification from Fiverr "Your Gig can not be promoted". Phir kia hona tha profile derank, impression or click down, 0 new order. I hope ke Fiverr will enable this option for me takay dubra profile rank ho sakay.
