Yes, it's not shown in the video but it includes a mesh material that you can use to fill in cracks or holes. There's other videos on the site that show you how to use that. Search "cracked bumper repair"

Why unmask before painting?

So you can blend the new and old paint avoiding a harsh paint line. Keep anything of different colour masked though of corse.

My bumper repair kit came with old epoxy that would not mix.

Did they replace your product? I bought a bottle Locktite CA glue. It was gelled, and I had purchased the regular runny glue. I called Locktite to have it replaced. Nope, they said the bottle was too old... so, i purchased a bottle of CA glue that was no good, and the manufacturer could not be bothered with sending a replacement. I do not buy anything from Locktite. Besides all of that, 3M is "American"... or at least they used to be....

Wrong! You have to apply adhesion promoter otherwise the paint will peel off

I don't think they mentioned it, but I'm reading the back of the kit on Walmart's website and it says it comes with Adhesion Promoter Wipes.
