One of the method you can try is
Fix Google Play Store problem method 2: Step 1 : Update Google Play Services to the newest version. Step 2 : Open Google Play Services application details page, Clear data and clear cache. Step 3 : Open Google Play Store application details page, Clear data and clear cache.
Also make your your device time date and year is correct.
You can also try to update app by apk, going to google search for google playstore latest update and download and update.
