@@onemansvoice6311 Sure! So what you do is you go to the play store and search Chrome. You should find the app and it should be installed by default. Click on the app and then click "Update"

@@mjproject7072 Try to update Chrome to the latest version and see if that fixes the issue for you because as far as I know some versions of Android don't separate WebView from Chrome so when you update Chrome Webview gets updated as well.

@@mjproject7072 I have read that WebView has been disabled by Chrome for some users and when it's disable it cannot be updated, so try to go to settings and see if that's the case for you and if it is and the enable button is grayed out try to disable Chrome and then enable WebView and check for updates. If everything goes as planned enable Chrome afterwards and everything should be fixed. I hope that helps mate.

Ah that's why there are so much crashing now I'm using 8 pro, and I constantly update everything, and for the past week my game would crash for no reason (around 10 times now) and my social media apps would hang for no reason after some scrolling. I thought it was the phone updates. Thx man

Google already created a NEW version of Android System Webkit so anyone who watches this video SHOULD click Update in the Play store. The fix was released about 8:30 p.m. yesterday so clicking update for Webkit and also for Chrome from Google Play solves the problem for all users.

Tnx for the sub! Did you try to remove update from settings - > Apps - > Android WebView? You can try Uninstall from PlayStore
